GERSTEL Micro Solid Phase Extraction
The GERSTEL Micro Solid Phase Extraction (µSPE) option automates conventional solid phase extraction directly before injection using the GERSTEL MultiPurpose Sampler (MPS). It enables efficient analyte enrichment and purification in a miniaturized, singleuse cartridge, ideal for small sample volumes and cleanup of QuEChERS extracts.
All preparation steps are easily controlled in the MAESTRO software for streamlined, timesaving workflows.

Micro Solid Phase Extraction (µSPE)
The GERSTEL µSPE option enables flexible cleanup and analyte enrichment using singleuse cartridges handled by the MultiPurpose Sampler (MPS). The MPS draws sample or solvent into the syringe, attaches a µSPE cartridge, and injects the liquid into it to perform extraction or cleanup. Additional solvents can be added automatically for subsequent steps. A fresh cartridge is used for every sample, and all µSPE steps can be seamlessly integrated into the automated workflow directly before injection.
