AlyTech AURA II - standalone LPG Vaporizer
AURA II is AlyTech’s bench-mounted vaporizer engineered for safe and repeatable vaporization of LPG and liquefied gases. It converts liquefied samples into a stable, contamination-free gas phase for precise analysis on GC, micro GC or GC/MS analyzers.
Combined with GasMix™ Aiolos, AURA II automates injection of gas and LPG samples and provides a multi-point calibration from a single standard cylinder to improve reproducibility and save time and consumables.
Reliable sampling of LPG or liquefied gas
AlyTech AURA II is designed for laboratories as standalone vaporizer. Equipped with heating, pressure, and flow regulators it is flexible to fit optimal conditions for your application. A combination of AURA II with GasMixTM Aiolos dilutor/ injector is often used by petroleum laboratories for total sulfur analysis (ASTM D6667 or D7551).
The AURA II is capable of handling inlet pressures up to 50 bar (725 Psi) assuring gas output up to 3 bar (43 psi). After liquid sample gasification, all gas lines are heated to prevent condensation. Flexible 1-meter heated transfer line is delivered in standard. There are switching valves, gages and regulators to set output by desired pressure or flow.
