NIST26 includes 431K electron ionization (EI) spectra, with 348K compounds and 49K replicate spectra. That is an increase of 35K new NIST measured and evaluated compounds to NIST23. NIST26 includes 527K retention index (RI) values for 216K compounds, a 35K increase to NIST23, and AI-RI estimates for all EI compounds.

NIST26 Tandem Library

The NIST26 Tandem MS/MS Library contains more than 68K compounds, 33% more than the NIST23 library, with 567K precursor ions and 3.2M spectra. The NIST Tandem MS/MS Library Software includes MS/MS analysis tools: NISTMS, Hybrid Search and MS Interpreter.
