Compact 2-Channel Gas Mixer for On-Site Calibration

Zephyr II makes on-site gas standard preparation simple and efficient. This compact, all-in-one 2-channel gas mixer and diluter combines one span gas and one diluent to generate precise calibration standards on demand.

With embedded AlySoft software and a 7-inch touchscreen interface, Zephyr II can be installed wherever it is needed: on a laboratory bench, in a mobile lab, or directly next to an analyzer. An optional battery provides up to 6 hours of autonomous operation.

ISO 6145-7 compliant, Zephyr II is ideal portable solution for applications requiring only two gases, such as multi-point calibration from a concentrated standard plus diluent.

One gas standard and infinite concentrations!

The Zephyr II features an intuitive touchscreen interface and fully automated operation. Users can run a single injection or launch a pre-programmed sequence. The embedded AlySoft software computes the target flows, calculates uncertainty of the final concentration based on MFC performance and gas certificates, and logs all events for full traceability.

The Smart Sequence Builder generates multi-point curves in a single click. Simply select the number of points and the start/stop concentrations and the software generates the levels automatically.

As it is compact, portable and standalone, Zephyr II can be installed wherever it is needed. Designed for applications involving two gases, it is ideal for creating multipont dilutions from a concentrated gas standard and a diluent, make gas sample steam dilution or be employed for supply of a synthetic gas atmosphere to a reactor or a glove box. An optional battery provides up to 6 hours of autonomous operation, ensuring uninterrupted gas supply in case of main power cut-off or in a field operation.

AlySoft software

Zephyr II is operated via the AlySoft software using a built-in 7″ touch screen, no PC required. With this software ZEHYR II can exchange signals with an analyzer via dry contact or TTL. Projects store gas libraries, MFC calibration curves per gas, user settings and analyzer sync parameters.
