GERSTEL QuickMix
The GERSTEL QuickMix option fully automates rapid vertical shaking as part of the sample preparation workflow on the MultiPurposeSampler (MPS). It efficiently mixes even poorly miscible twophase mixtures such as water and oil.
All steps are easily planned and controlled through MAESTRO software, enabling fast, consistent and timesaving sample preparation.
Vertical Shaking of TwoPhase Mixtures
The MPS moves the sample to the QuickMix module, where it is shaken along the vertical axis for effective mixing of twophase mixtures. Shaking is controlled by time and individually adjustable speed settings, ensuring optimal homogenization. The QuickMix step can be placed anywhere in the automated MPS workflow, enabling fully integrated and consistent sample preparation.
