Da Vinci Laboratory Solutions is looking for an International Service Engineer

We offer a position for 32 to 40 hours per week, based at our modern headquarters in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an International Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installations, application support, and training at customer locations worldwide. Our customers include end users and local distributors.
You’ll travel independently or together with local distributors to perform the necessary work on-site.
In addition to international assignments, you will also be involved in assembling and testing our analyzers at our headquarters in Rotterdam. Service work and customer support in the Netherlands are also part of the role.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We look forward to getting to know you if you recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • A background in chemistry or analytical sciences;
  • 4–6 years of work experience with chromatography systems (GC, GC-MS and/or LC);
  • Experience with petrochemical (ASTM) applications;
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis;
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and IT management is a plus; 
  • A proactive, accurate, and customer-oriented attitude;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English;
  • You reside in the Netherlands.
