DVLS UltraSilc Coating
To meet the growing need for inert material in gas chromatography analysis Da Vinci Laboratory Solutions (DVLS) introduces DVLS UltraSilc coating: a process to treat stainless steel, borosilicate glass or quartz parts to eliminate adsorption of unstable components.
Inert coating for GC parts
The UltraSilc treatment applies an inert coating to inlets and other parts used in a gas chromatography analysis. Before starting the UltraSilc coating process all parts will be professionally cleaned.
The coating thickness ranges from 100 - 200 nm (nanometer). The coating on the metal parts will appear as a rainbow glow, the coating on the glass parts will appear as a golden or rainbow glow.

- Flow controllers
